QuixVPN provides access to core VPN features without requiring registration:

• Guest Mode: Secure connections and server access are available without creating an account.
• Optional Registration: Users may register an account to access advanced features in the future.

2. Minimal Data Collection

• Guest users do not need to provide any personal information.
• Registered users may voluntarily provide an email address for account management purposes.
• User preferences, such as selected servers or settings, are saved locally on the device for a smoother experience.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use QuixVPN to:

• Engage in illegal activities such as hacking, distributing malware, or violating local laws.
• Conduct unauthorized network activities, including spoofing or DDoS attacks.

4. Data Privacy and Security

• QuixVPN adheres to a strict no-logs policy, ensuring no browsing activity, IP addresses, or DNS queries are stored.
• All connections are encrypted with AES-256 encryption to protect your data.
• Servers operate on RAM-only technology, ensuring no permanent storage of session data.

5. Account Deletion

Registered users can request account deletion at any time. Once deleted, all personal data is permanently erased from our systems.

6. Service Availability

QuixVPN strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.

7. Refund Policy

Quix VPN operates with a no-refund policy. Once a subscription or payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws.

8. How We Handle Advertising and Your VPN Connection

When you open or return to the QuixVPN app while connected to the VPN, your connection will briefly disconnect to allow ad requests to originate from your unmasked IP address. During this short period, your internet traffic won’t be routed through the VPN, exposing your public IP to ad networks, though QuixVPN doesn’t collect or store your IP but ad networks will collect and will treat it according to their policy. The VPN automatically reconnects immediately after the ad is dismissed, restoring secure traffic routing.

9. Changes to the Terms

QuixVPN reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
